Shipping Times/Processing Times
Processing times take approximately 1-3 business days, if there are any delays in processing it is because the supplier is out of stock and needs time to produce more of the item. If there is a delay in processing we will email you right away!
Shipping times average from 3 to 20 business days, note that some countries may take longer than expected. (There will be a detailed list below for countries. If your country is not listed it will be classified as "Other Countries") :
· If order from Amazon (USA customer Only now), about 1~3 days to deliver.
· About 5~12 days to deliver to USA, and EU
· About 7~15 days to deliver to CA, and AU,
· About 4~10 days to UK
· To other countries, normally take about 3~20 days.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once the order has been processed and shipped there will be an email confirming the order has been shipped and will be provided with a shipping number which you can use to track the package online or in the shop app.
Shipment was not delivered & Shipping Address was not available
We will try to validate the shipping address at the checkout section to ensure our shipper can recognize where to put the shipment.
